How do I know when my beer is ready to pour?

Modified on Thu, 27 Mar at 5:44 PM

Once your beer is chilled to the right temperature, the light on the front of THE SUB will turn green. Draughting a beer before the SUB Keg is completely chilled will produce a lot of foam. We recommend waiting until the green light is on. To pre-cool your SUB Keg, set the fridge at the lowest temperature and put the Keg on the lowest shelf (this is the coldest area) for 6 to 10 hours, or until the cold indicator on the Keg turns blue.
