I received my beer kegs, but the batches of tubes that I had also ordered are missing. What should I do?

The tubes are delivered in 3 to 10 working days and separately from the rest of the order, as stipulated on our site and in the confirmation email you received after placing the order.

You will therefore receive them later than the rest of the order, and in a different package.

Note that when you order one, two or three packs of tubes, they are sent separately and may be delivered within a few days of each other. If you order 4 or more lots, they will be delivered in one package on the same day, and you will receive a package tracking link.
