What's the difference between a Refurbished Blade and a new Blade?

A refurbished Blade has been pre-owned by another customer, then repaired and refurbished. There are two types of Refurbished Blade machine: Grade A and Grade B. All Refurbished Blade machines come with a new dome and 2 x 8L Blade Kegs.
