What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

Please contact our Customer Care department, either through our chatbot which will pass you through to an agent, or via email (service@beerwulf.com). Please make sure to keep your order number handy so we can resolve your issue as fast as possible. 

If your parcel or contents have sustained damage, please make sure to take a photograph and keep any evidence in case we need to investigate further.
